DFS

No training programme has been sanctioned by the DFS for this laboratory for the year 2008-09. However, one Scientific Assistant from Arunachal Pradesh has been deputed to this laboratory for undergoing training on different disciplines of Forensic Science and the same is continuing.

State-of-the Art Facilities

This Directorate has created State of Art facilities in respect of analysis of Drugs and Narcotics including precursor chemicals besides installing Scanning Electron Microscope and FT Raman Spectrometer, VSC 5000 and Docucenter 3000.
